Carlo Fulchir has been appointed Director of the RCEEDAO (network of chambers of European experts, department of West Africa), International Organization and Diplomatic Mission governed by the 1967 Vienna Convention.
The working group present in 80 countries in the world aims at the socio-economic development of Africa. "I am thrilled to be an integral part of this organization - said Dr. Fulchir -: our work will serve to promote businesses in Africa".
